- Transactional & Operational Alerts: Appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, and reminders for tax consultations and meetings.
- Document Requests: Urgent notifications requesting missing or required tax forms (e.g., W-2, 1099, 1098).
- Filing Status Updates: Confirmation of receipt of documents, processing start, and successful e-filing/acceptance by the IRS.
